Hearty congratulations to Professor Fanny M. Cheung, Co-Convenor of the Global China Research Programme of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, for being awarded the prestigious Denmark-Gunvald Award for Feminist Research and Service.

This award was established to honour a psychologist who has a history of research and service that directly benefits the health, promotion and well-being of women in the world.

Prof. Cheung is acknowledged as a pioneer in gender equality research in Asia. Prof. Cheung’s research expertise lies in cross-cultural personality assessment, psychopathology, gender equality and female leadership with over 200 international refereed publications.
